Our story
BAI is a membership-based, not-for-profit, artist-run incorporated association which aims to support the artists of the Central Victorian Region.
Infrastructure
Including studio space at The Avenue Studios (currently supporting 5 individual artists) as well as office space for occasional use.
Equipment
BAI has a range of common equipment including easels, boards, projector for individual artists use, as well as tables, chairs, glasses available for workshops and events.
Workshops and professional development
Including our weekly figure drawing classes and occasional tutor-led painting and drawing workshops.
Support for artists
including collaborative art projects and exhibition support. Also grant auspicing (at no charge)
Tram 805 Printmaking Workshop
is open for use.

Pip joined Bendigo Artists Inc in early 2023 bringing with them a passion for visual arts & a drive to bring the creative side of Bendigo to the local community and its economy. Being from Rural Victoria Pips artworks are heavily inspired by the isolated community they grew up in.
